Dean Guedo has hosted 64 episodes.
Dean's beginning was always football, but I always found myself more interested in the strength and conditioning aspects of sport. My determination, athleticism, and willingness to invest in training were all key aspects to my success as a Varsity athlete and in business. A teacher by trade, Dean has made the successful transition into the fitness industry in an attempt to turn his passion into a career. Dean currently works as a personal trainer and strength coach at L2 Fitness in Edmonton, AB.
This podcast was a product of curiosity and challenge. Podcasts aren't rocket science in terms of the variables needed to get up and running; Dean and co-host Andrew saw an opportunity to create something new and local...so we just decided to do it. Simple as that.

Being an avid podcast listener, Andrew along with cohost Dean Guedo set out to create a vechile to share practical information and knowledge from a variety of industry leading guests with everyday listeners.
